The idea for Ambrosia was born in the most unexpected way — over a bottle of ROI, a premium water with a mythical story of its own, said to have been discovered by Pegasus. That single moment sparked an idea: to craft a cocktail bar that would celebrate the magic, mystery, and enduring legacy of ancient myths — a place where every drink tells a story and every guest feels part of something legendary.
